Terms and Conditions

BY MAKING A BOOKING ON THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH YOUR BOOKING.

General

Your contract is with La Belle Residence and its franchisees, associates, subsidiaries and affiliates who operate as a La Belle Residence s' hotel & apartments (“Hotel")
The general terms and conditions herein together with the Hotel Fee and Schedule and the booking confirmation issued by La Belle Residence confirming your booking ("Booking Confirmation") constitute your contract with La Belle Residence.
In these Terms and Conditions, the words "we" or "us" means La Belle Residence and its employees, officers, agents, suppliers and vendors, and use of the words "you" or "guest(s)/Guest(s)" means any and all persons for whom a Hotel room is booked

Check-in

Check in time is from 2.00 pm and booked rooms will be held for check-in until 9.00 am the following day of the scheduled check-in date, after which the booking will be deemed cancelled. La Belle Residence shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remaining stay dates to other guests. No refunds will be provided for the cancelled booking. 
If you check-out beyond the stipulated time La Belle Residence reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you additional fee as follow:

- Early check-in from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm free of charge upon availability
- Early check-in from 9:00 am to 11:00 am 20% of the room rate
- Early check-in from 6:00 am to 9:00 am 50% of the room rate
- Early check-in before 6:00 am will be charged one (1) night's stay at the then prevailing room rate


Check-out

Check-out time is 12.00 pm , If you check-out beyond the stipulated time La Belle Residence reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you additional fee as follow:
- late check-out from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm 20% of the room rate
- late check-out from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm 50% of the room rate
- late check-out 5:00 pm onward will be charged one (1) night's stay at the then prevailing room rate or remove your belongings into the luggage storage facility (luggage storage charges may apply) and deny you further access into the room. La Belle Residence shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken.

Changes and Cancellations​

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up till 1 week prior to arrival date. 

​Changes

Change of Guest name on your booking is allowed if made seven  (7) days or more before check-in date .
No changes regarding stay dates, room category, duration of stay may be made but you are entitled to cancel the booking and make a new booking with the Hotel, subject to availability, and to the terms of cancellation below.

Cancellations

Booking cancellations MUST be made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled check-in date. A cancellation fee applies for each Booking Confirmation cancelled as per our standard cancellation policy made available at the time of booking.
Bookings made as non-refundable rate on third part website are refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking in line with our standard cancellation policy as made available on these websites at time of booking.
Any cancellation made less than seven (7) days from the scheduled check-in date (irrespective of the number of stay dates booked)  or a no-show will be charged 50%  irrespective of the number of stay dates remaining.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, no changes or cancellation will be allowed for promotional bookings. Please read the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion carefully.

Fair Use

You and your party agree to be considerate tenants and to take good care of the apartment(s) and to leave it/them in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. You and your party also agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to those residents in neighboring properties.


Luggages

Luggage storage is available only for guests ("Guests") currently staying with the Hotel residence to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out.
Each luggage must weigh no more than 30kgs and may not exceed 28" x 22" x 14" in size. The maximum storage period is one (1) week . La Belle Residence reserves the right to dispose of any luggage or items not claimed after the maximum storage period allowed.
La Belle Residence will not be responsible for loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings and the contents therein (including any valuables, even if we have been advised) during storage or during the disposal process however caused and you hereby release La Belle Residence from any liability in respect thereof.​

Pet Policy​

In order to accommodate our guests traveling with pets, we have incorporated some general policies and guidelines.​

• Most pets weighing less than 20kg are welcome.
• Pets may not be left alone barking in room or disturbing other guests.
• Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.
• Pets must always be on a leash while in the common areas of the residence.
• Maid service will be provided only if the pet is removed from the room during service.
• Pet owners will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any items stained or damaged by their pets.
• Noise/Disruptive complaints, barking and noise that is disruptive to other guests in the hotel is not acceptable. Upon receipt of (2) noise or disruptive complaints you may be asked to make alternate arrangements for your pet.
• Cell phones must be provided if pets are left alone in the room and hotel staff must be informed.

​Damages

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. La Belle Residence reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result thereof. 

Right to Refuse Accommodation

La Belle Residence reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:​

• the booking has been paid through fraudulent means
• the booking has been altered by anyone other than La Belle Residence s' authorized agent or has been tampered with or defaced (in which case La Belle Residence reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
• the person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation
• as permitted under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
• the person is rude, or verbally or physically abusive to any member of our staff at any time
